Length of Talks:

Most user groups try to have at least two speakers per meetup, so plan for 20-25 minutes for your presentation with time for Q&A.

If you think your talk will be longer than that, just let the community organizer know. Several successful meetups have had just one speaker.

Focusing on technical topics for longer periods of time can be challenging for the audience, so we don’t recommend going over 30-45 minutes on your presentation— unless you plan to include a demo or a hands-on component.
